Return Process

  Log into your Google account, navigate to your order history, and select the specific items you wish to return to generate a digital return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and include the printed packing slip to expedite your refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
